Made high tensile steel and case hardened, the bearing diameter has even been internal ground for an excellent fit and easy change out to a new bearing when required.
Pre assembled with a 6202 ball bearing that has been packed with special grease for long life and low heat when working hard.
Mounting post/rods are also available made to any length you require.
Avoid running the machine after bearing seizure which will wear a groove in the thrust wheel by practicing a little easy preventative maintenance – Change the bearing when it gets a little noisy. Bearings are cheap by comparison. It is conceivable you will get around 20 years out of a single thrust wheel on a machine running non stop for an 8hr shift every day, with perhaps changing the bearing every 8-10 years as it gets noisy and the grease dries out.
