This much revered superb carving timber grows very slowly, and only in Tasmania. It’s a delight to work and has the most magical scent to it, truly a special timber.
Vesper Tools is lucky enough to have obtained some timber suitable for making into spoon blanks, and so offer them here to you.

Please note there is variation even in any size range, variation in width, length, thickness. This is due to natural variance in timber and wanting to cut flaws out and having to work with the timber available for best use and minimal wastage.
